Ticket sales for the Gala Concert and the accompanying concert have started!
At the Gala Concert of Winners and Stars of the 6th International Jarek Śmietana Jazz Guitar Competition, taking place on September 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM at the Kraków Philharmonic, the newly announced winners of the competition will perform alongside outstanding guitarists such as David Doruzka, Marek Napiórkowski, Romain Pilon, and Wolfgang Muthspiel. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.pl or at Karmelicka 52/1 with a 10% discount.As part of the competition, on September 18, 2025, at 9:30 PM at Harris Piano Jazz Bar, the group Common Ground will perform. This jazz ensemble, led by guitarist Enrico Le Noci, features saxophonist Pietro Mirabassi, organist Bruno Montrone, and legendary drummer Eric Ineke.
With this line-up, Common Ground blends the soulful groove of the Hammond organ with lyrical guitar lines, expressive saxophone, and the unmistakable swing of Ineke. Their repertoire includes original compositions and arrangements of classics in the tradition of Jimmy Smith, Grant Green, and Dexter Gordon, enriched with a contemporary sound.

Admission to the semifinals and finals, which will take place in the Golden Hall of the Kraków Philharmonic, is free of charge – the detailed schedule will be announced soon.
